Hello all!
I am looking for some help regarding Md. corporations, specifically
related to voting agreements. We have the code, but are looking for some
treatise discussion of voting agreements and voting trusts. Using
Indexmaster, I found a book titled Maryland Corporation Law, by James
Hanks, publ. by Aspen. It looks like sec. 7.14 and 7.15 would help. I
would also gladly accept any other info. I cannot locate this title
locally, and would gladly pay any associated costs for FAXing, etc.
