The Association of Law Libraries of Upstate New
York (ALLUNY) is
pleased to announce that it will feature the AALL
Videoconference
"Quality Customer Service: Beyond ‘How May I Help
You?'" at its 1999
Spring Institute on April 15, 1999.
The Videoconference is being presented through a
partnership between
AALL and West Group and is part of AALL's
continuing efforts to
maximize professional development opportunities at
national,
regional, and local levels. The Videoconference
will be followed by
a panel discussion featuring Upstate New York
librarians from
private, government and academic law libraries.
The 1999 Spring Institute will be held at the
Syracuse University
Library, Syracuse, NY. The H. Douglas Barclay Law
Library, Syracuse
University College of Law, is co-sponsoring the
satellite downlink at
the University Library.
