AALL Announces Location of Downlink Sites For Customer Service
Videoconference
The American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) and West Group are
partnering to present a Satellite Videoconference on the topic of Customer
Service on Thursday, April 15, 1999 from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Eastern
Time. "Quality Customer Service: Beyond How May I Help You?" is part of
AALL's continuing efforts to maximize professional development opportunities
at national, regional, and local levels.
Site and contact information for twenty nine sites is posted and will be
updated as additional sites register with AALL. To locate a site near you,
