Since I've not been able to find a Washington State public, governmental
or academic library that subscribes to a current edition (newer than
1987) of the National Motor Freight Classification, I'm wondering if
anyone in the group would have one & be willing to copy & fax us "NMFC
Item 682. Item 682 in the Rules Section is the rule requiring shippers to
mark freight which has special handling or storage requirements.
We would be willing to pay reasonable copy/fax charges.
