Does anyone know of a source for a current edition of the American
Samoa Code?
We have an outdated edition (current through 1994) of an annotated version
of the Code published by Book Publishing Company, but this company no
longer publishes this title. There seems to be no electronic source for
the code. We have checked the holdings of Pacific Northwest libraries (to
the extent available on WLN), but none of these libraries has an edition
more current than ours. I have contacted the library for the Ninth
Circuit, which has jurisdiction over American Samoa, but their copy of the
code is not as current as ours. Finally, I have sent email to the Legal
Counsel at the Governor's Office in the Territory of American Samoa but
have not heard back from them.
So, we're running out of ideas. Thanks in advance for any help you can
provide.
