After exhausting my options I turn to law lib in search of a title. I need
to borrow a copy of ONE-PARENT FAMILIES IN THE MEMBER STATES OF THE
EUROPEAN UNION. This is a working paper from the European Parliament.
Directorate-General for Research. The date of publication is 1996. If I
am not able to borrow the title I do have pages that could be copied.
