I am searching for a book on condominium law and practice in
Connecticut - preferably one volume - which might be
appropriate for a non-specialist in real estate law (or even for the
specialist if necessary).

Thus far all I find is: The Connecticut Condominium Manual. / by
Steiner / Atlantic Law book Co., 1972- , 1 v. (loose-leaf).

Is this "the" treatise on the subject or is there any other title that
someone can suggest?
