Once again, I'm searching for obscure treaties. This time, they are multilaterals between Arab States:

1. 1995 Protocol on Enforcement of Judgments, Letters Rogatory and Judicial Notices Issued by the Courts of the Member States of the Arab Gulf Co-operation Council

and

2. 1983 Convention on Judicial Co-operation Between STates of the Arab League (Riyadh Convention).

I've looked on the web (using Alta Vista, Lycos, Hotbot, and a number of Treaties meta-sites), in ILM, and in UNTS. I've also looked for cases, law review articles or news articles that discuss the treaties, with citations, but I've found nothing.

Any and all help is much appreciated!
