I am trying to obtain an unpublished (nor is it on L/WL) slip opinion
issued by the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
The date of the opinion was 9/23/81 (Bank of America v International
Horizons, 81-873), which makes it even more difficult to locate. The
document delivery service I spoke with won't be able to deliver until
Friday, at the earliest.
Does anyone happen to know of another local source for document
delivery in the Atlanta area? Or does anyone happen to save the old
slip opinions for the Bankruptcy Court? Any pointers would be greatly
appreciated.
