I'm looking for two cases that I think are in lower courts in Pennsylvania. I've already tried Lexis, Westlaw, the Internet, RLIN, and the law-lib archives for guidance.
If anyone can help me locate these, I would be grateful (I will also pay costs). The citations I have are:
