Oceana Publications Announces a New Series in International Law
Oceana Publications, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of a new
monograph series that will focus on emerging topics in international law.
The Philip F. Cohen Distinguished Monograph Series in International Law
will publish works by new and emerging authors in their respective fields.
Three monographs will be published each year with the first monograph
in the Series scheduled for publication in the Fall of 1999.
Developed expressly as a forum for new and rising authors, the Series
is named for Oceana's Founder, Philip F. Cohen, whose continuing
tradition of publishing excellence in the field of international law is
recognized worldwide.

respected experts, including Julius J. Marke, Distinguished Research
Professor, St. John's University School of Law; Betty Woodall Taylor,
Clarence J. TeSelle Professor of Law, University of Florida College
of Law; and Dan F. Henke, Professor Emeritus, Hastings College
of Law, University of California, San Francisco.
