Sorry I didn't answer sooner, but I believe the most technologically
advanced law library in US (or close to it) is Chicago-Kent College of
Law, here in Chicago.

I might be able to give you a few names there if needed. I've been in
the bldg. It is totally wired (fiber-optic).
