Last year U.K. High Court Justice Neuberger ruled that BAT (British American Tobacco) could spinoff or demerger its financial services division thus blocking the claimants, Blue Cross/Blue
Shield objection.
I am in desperate need of this decision. I have checked Lexis & Westlaw, and all Internet sources that I am familiar with. If anyone has a copy or knows definitively where it exists, I would be greatful. Please call or e-mail.
