I am in search of the briefs from a 1995 7th circuit case: S.A. Healy Co.
v. Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, docket #95-1072, 60F3d 305,
argued 5-31-95, decided 7-13-95. I have tried U of IL Law Library, U of
Chicago Law Library, and John Marshall, & am currently pursuing retrieval
from the Nat'l Archives through the court's library, although I believe the
cost may be prohibitive for the moot court competitor who is seeking them.
Does anyone know of any other libraries that collect 7th circuit briefs?
The only union list I have for circuit court briefs is Gene Teitelbaum's
1984 article in Legal Reference Services Q. I know I can try the attorneys
who argued the case, but would prefer that as a last resort. Please email
