I'm not a member of pravatelawlib so this may bounce back to me, but I
believe you will find what you need in a wonderful set on Mergers &
Acquisitions that was originally published by Little Brown, then taken
over by CCH. It is now out of print, but CCH has let me use it in their
library. One of the authors is a Chicago lawyer; sorry I don't remember
their names but someone on this list will remember. It's a two-author
work.
