Good morning,
One of our attorneys is looking for something she is calling a
"Hart-Scott-Rodino" form, which evidently is something that needs to be
filed when a merger is taking place.  Lexis and Westlaw do not have these. 
I have also looked at the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission
web sites.  The merger in question involves Johnson & Johnson and DePuy
Inc., probably in July or August 1998.  Does anyone know where I can find
these?  Thanks in advance for any leads.
