I have material from Tax Laws of the World for both countries - current
through 1997 for Aruba and 1994 for BVI. Have checked Internet, all
usual sources in Washington DC, am awaiting a mailing from BVI, but our
people need immediately. Any suggestions or assistance will be greatly
appreciated.
