I need to obtain IRS Form 990 from a Louisiana hospital; I placed an order
for this with a national document retrieval company more than two
weeks ago; to date, they have not been able to obtain the document, and
more annoying, they are not keeping me informed of the status of my
request. Any recommendations for a local document retrieval service,
one that will actually send a person to the facility (IRS code section
6104(e) states that "If a request ... is made in person, such copy shall be
provided immediately..." will be greatly appreciated.
