It was brought to my attention by a conscientious law clerk
that the USCA General Index lists the "Private Securities
Litigation Reform Act of 1995" ("PSLRA") with a
cross-reference to "Text of Act. See Popular Name Table",
but it was inadvertently omitted from the table. (The West
USCA index editor has been informed of it.)
Anyone who works with securities law might want to note
that the USC sections amended by the "PSLRA" are listed
at "15 USC 78 nt" (1995 Amendments) as referenced further
down in the General Index under the same heading.
