One of my attorneys needs a form from an agency in Quebec, Regie des
Alcools etc. She need to file a letter of security as prescribed by this
agency so her client can run a promotional contest with prizes over a
certain value. I'm wondering if the form could be part of a statute or
regulation, and I have tried searching Laws of Quebec on the Internet but
could not get into an English version. If anyone can help, I'd be
grateful. I would need the form, if found, faxed.
