I'm looking to borrow the following audio (or video) tapes from a
January 1998 ABA CLE satellite course;
Protecting the M&A Deal: Negotiating Walk-Rights, Lock-Ups and Other
Deal Protection.
I've made arrangements to purchase this, but my attorney can't wait the
two weeks it will take the ABA to get this to me.
