This may have been discussed before, but I
couldn't find anything in the archives.
I have been asked to find a registered agent, in
the US, for a corporation that has its
headquarters in Bermuda. The company used
to be traded on NASDAQ, and is now traded on
OTC. I have checked Lexis, the Internet, called
NASD, and asked everyone I can think of for
help. Can anyone suggest a source where I
can find a listing for a registered agent - I've
found listings of corporate officers, but no
registered agent for service of process in the
US.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
