I have today created a new links group on my web site, devoted to
"Australian Federal Administrative Law Resources". As Australia has, since
the mid-1970s, had one of the most successful and extensive systems of both
"judicial review" and "review on the merits", USA and other overseas
lawyers may well find these resources of interest for comparative law
purposes. At least, I hope so !
