I would like to thank CCH for an extremely quick response to
a complaint I sent them via their web page. We had received
some paperback books that were very dirty. I sent my
complaint around 9:00 am today and received an e-mail
shortly after 2:00 indicating they are replacing the copies.
Talk about Great Customer Service - this is the best, and it
made my Friday much better.
