Please excuse the cross-posting.

When we received our 1/29/99 West Bill, we noticed a few oddities. We
were billed for some LCP newsletters that did not have a January
renewal date. They had August, November and December renewal
dates and have already been paid through 8/99, 11/99 and 12/99
respectively. I called West Customer Service and was told that those
LCP newsletters that we had subscriptions to had all reverted to January
renewals. They cancelled the charges for me and told me that they
would change the renewals so that we would be billed at and for the
appropriate time.

I thought that this was worthy of a heads up.
