Hello all,

A follow-up to my email of yesterday regarding Blue Sky Material on New York State.

CCH called me back promptly yesterday to let me know that they are aware that Policy Statement 105 was amended in 1997. (The Blue Sky Law Reporter still has the 1994 edition in the looseleaf service.) They have been contacting the New York Attorney General's office for quite some time, with no success. CCH was told to have people continue using the version that is in the looseleaf service (!). CCH is stepping up its efforts to get the current version of this item.
