Hello everyone,
I am in need of a Blue Sky Law Policy Statement from the State of New York. The CCH Blue Sky Law Reporter has an old version of Policy Statement 105 in the Blue Sky Law Reporter. I talked to them, and they have promised to look into this promptly. Of course, I need to get this attorney the most current Policy Statement 105 ASAP.
The Policy Statement 105 in the looseleaf service is from 1994; this Statement was revised in December of 1997. It's already over a year old.
If someone can point me to a website (I tried a few, with no success) or fax/send me the information, I'd really appreciate it. We will pay all costs. Thanks so much in advance.
