AALL Videoconference at a Host Site Near You!!

The Lillian Goldman Library at Yale Law School is pleased to serve as a host
site for the annual videoconference presented by the American Association of
Law Libraries (AALL) and West Group. The program this year is entitled Quality
Customer Service: Beyond "How May I Help You?", and will be held on Thursday,
April 15, 1999 in the Steinbach Lounge, at 52 Hillhouse Ave., New Haven, CT.

The program speakers will be Dr. Darlene Weingand, Professor at the University
of WisconsinMadison School of Library and Information Studies (SLIS) and
Faculty Director of SLIS Continuing Education Services, and Ms. Pat Wagner,
Owner and Principal of Pattern Research, a 24year old research and training
firm in Denver, Colorado. Please visit the AALL website at

The program at the Yale host site will begin with a luncheon at 11:00 a.m. and
will end at 3:00 p.m. The videoconference will run from 12:00-1:30 p.m.
Following the broadcast, participants are invited to remain and join in a
discussion of the issues raised during the videoconference.

The registration fee is $25.00 per person payable at the conference (includes
lunch) and is limited to 50 participants. To register please contact Tracy
