Good Afternoon- A while ago an attorney asked me for the "current" Post judgment federal interest rate as defined in 28 USC 1961(a)- it turned ouf after I searched every imaginable place on the WWW( of course I forget now where all those places were in addition to using some search engines) and called the Treasury Dept and some other agencies, that he really needed the state rate- that is very easy to find - the court has it posted. Now the federal question has returned. I cannot believe this is so difficult to find. What are we overlooking? Guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. I am always amazed by what seems to be a simple question being difficult and why wasn't I asked this 10 years ago as well?
