I am trying to find an English version of the Belgian securities laws,
especially sections that discuss when annual reports must be filed. I've
checked several sets of books, including Doing Business In guides and the
Bowne set, but haven't had much luck. Does anybody know of a book or web
site that would have these securities laws in English? Thanks in advance
for any help that you can provide.
