I recall looking for this myself, last year. I spent many days on it, tried
a multitude of different Internet search engines and search formulations,
but drew a complete blank. One of our Professors at the University Of
Melbourne Law Faculty at the time was Belgian, and he was also unable to
find anything in English. Sorry to be a wet blanket, but I wanted to save
you unnecessary wasted time searching the Web !
