Does anyone out there still have copies of old MSRB reports? I am trying to
obtain page 15 of Volume 6, No. 4 of the September 1986 MSRB report. There
is supposed to be a Q & A on Rule G-23 on page 15. If anyone has this
beast, would you be willing to fax it to me? Of course, we'll pay for
costs. Thanks.
