I tried it yesterday with the full address and called Karen instanter to
report my success. The key is not the address she provided but rather the
leaving off of the www from the address when you type it into your browser.
I find as a research junkie that it is too easy to fall into the trap that
everything is on the World Wide Web. There are lots of other sources for
information on that thing called the Internet.
