Hi Karen, I always attach the fax confirmation receipt with the original and or copy for our files. I also request confirmation of the fax being received. Many a time this tendency to be a bit redundant has saved my bacon!

For a subject just a bit off the "beaten path", I'm curious to find out if
anyone else makes it a habit when faxing letters, orders, etc. to always
call immediately afterward to confirm that it was rec'd.? - Or do you
include a request to "confirm reciept" w/i the letter? - Is calling each
time considered redundant??
