Legal Studies Forum
an interdisciplinary journal

The Legal Studies Forum is a faculty-edited quarterly publication which
seeks to promote transdisciplinary, humanistic, and critical scholarship
legal studies scholarship. In recent issues the journal has focused on law
and popular culture, law-related cultural studies, contemporary
jurisprudence, narrative jurisprudence, legal studies pedagogy, and new
perspectives on lawyering. The journal welcomes articles, commentary,
narratives, progressive and experimental writings that focus on law-related
subjects, institutions, politics, persons, pedagogies and scholarship.

The Legal Studies Forum should also be of interest to colleagues in the
humanities, liberal arts, social sciences, and other professional studies
who include law-related topics in their teaching. Basically, we seek readers
and scholars who follow the changing contours of legal discourse and legal
scholarship. The Legal Studies Forum is an academic journal but attempts (if
not always successfully) to discourage academic jargon.

The Forum welcomes new scholars and writers who do not wish to publish in
traditional student-edited law reviews and law journals. Manuscripts receive
immediate, personal attention of the editor, and the decision on publication
is communicated promptly to authors (except during the May-July summer
months when the editorial offices of the Forum are closed).
