I am trying to obtain a copy of an article from the above mentioned journal: 18 J. Health Pol., Poly. & Law 75 (1983), Razing a Tower of Babel. It is not available from local libraries. Westlaw has the journal from vol. 19 on, Lexis has only the abstract.
I'll appreciate if someone can fax or mail the article. I'll pay any mail or fax costs.
