One of the things that we are doing this year is to
consolidate some of our unannotated desk copies for the Corporate Group.
We are using a publication from West Group
called California Business Statutes. For $45.00 the
Pamphlet edition has the California Corporations Code,
the California Code of Regulations ( title 10, Investment Ch.3 ),
the Commercial Code, the Business & Professions code (div. 7) ,
Delaware Laws ( title 8 Corporations ), Federal Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934.
It is getting good reviews from the attorneys who have reviewed it.
