The office copy/desk edition issue has reared its ugly head again.
Many attorneys want a desk edition of the annotated Delaware
Corporation Laws. We have been giving them an edition from CT
Corporation. We discovered that edition is not current. Lexis Law
Publishing puts out Delaware Corporation Laws Annotated, current year,
edition for about $25.00.
We would like to know if there are any other inexpensive altermatives -
annotated or unannotated. We would be happy to consider web
altermatives; we would be considerably less happy with networked
CD-rom (In fact, I would rather buy 100 paper copies before I bought
CD). If it comes as part of a larger set, that might be OK too.
