I have a Professor that is trying to give a quote from the
Summa Theologica for an article he is writing. The problem
is that we are not finding the quote or reference we need.
The Summa Theologica is a monsterous volume and is a lot to
look through. I have found the work on the web and
attempted some key work searches but to no avail. What we
are specifically looking for is a quote that says the
government gets power from god and abandoned property goes
back to the government as if it were going back to god. Or
if there is a place where property rights of governments
are compared to powers of god.
