Thanks to all who pointed out that the correct title is Interpreter Releases. It is interesting that the attorney (who supposedly had used this publication before) referred to it as Interpretive and that a search through the various immigration libraries on Westlaw did come up with hits to "interpretive release".
Anyway, I have located a source for the Interpreter Release that I need. Thanks again to all who phoned & emailed with assistance. Has this list ever been stumped??
