It is available through the Whitehouse Web pages. Follow the link about
the President submitting the budget. That will take you to the
Whithouse budget page. From there, take the link to the OMB pages. On
the main OMB page, scroll down to the "Federal Budget" section.
Disregard what it says about 1998 and just choose the link for the
"Budget and Supporting Documents" link. You will be taken to another
OMB page, where you can select the "Budget Documents" link. On that
nixt page, you will finally find a nice PDF version of the budget! What
a process . . .
