Re: Depo video comparison

I have not seen the Knowles video, so I am not sure about how good it is.

We have always used the Matthew Bender title, but recently we bought "Preparing for your Business Deposition Video" by the Wisconsin Bar. It is a bit shorter than the MB one, newer in looks/colors/haircuts and language, and cheaper. According to a couple of litigation lawyers who previewed it, it was as good if not better than the MB one. They said it was more direct and to the point, if I recall correctly.

I just received a flyer for a Knowles Preparing a Witness for a Deposition CD and Video.

Everyone here swears by the Bender product (Preparing a Witness for a Business Depo). I'm wondering how this one compares. This one doesn't seem limited to business depos.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Christine
