I have done some preliminary searches on several online catalogs but I
am uneasy with my results. I am seeking some recommendations
regarding publications that primarily deal with Massachusetts security
laws (stocks and bonds etc---perhaps a publication that complies the
statutory sections or deals with the subject extensively) and broker and
investment advisor laws. Does anyone have a publication or two that
they would recommend?
