I'd like to update my previous remarks about the series Selected Judgments
of the israel Supreme court.
3 volumes were published in the past 6 years - however the coverage is
very small considering the hundreds of decisions handed down each year.
For your information here is a list of the recent volumes.
Vol.8 - Constitutional cases, 1969-1988.published in 1992 - eight cases
Vol.9- 1977-1990. published 1995 - 6 cases dealing with International law
(the territories), Civil wrongs,Freedom of the press, patents and
defamation
Vol. 10 - 1988-1993.published 1996. 6 cases dealing with postponement of
army service (yeshiva students), labor contract and discrimination against
female workers, deportation, political agreements, film censorship, and
removal of government minister from office.
These volumes are published by the supreme court in conjunction with the
Israel Bar association.
