Hi There:

I didn't even know that there was a sub-specialty of international
law librarian.

If there is one out there--could you please help an attorney (me)
struggling with a weird international law issue.

A client owns an older Boeing 727 (yup, you heard it right)
and he flies frequently to Paris and Switzerland. He has been told
that some time in the early 2000's that the EU or someone over ther
is going to start banning large aircraft that are over a certain age.

Does anyone know where I could find info on this? It's supposed to
be pending--probably not "passed" yet.

Thanks so much!

Carl Hartmann

ps. I think the plane is technically owned by his US corporation.
