A big thank you to both Nanna Frye of San Diego and Glen Buries, also of San Diego, for giving me the California franchise tax case that I needed!
"Schmit Finance" (as I was told) actually turns out to be Amman & Schmid Finanz etc. etc. etc., and it's out of the State Board of Equalization, not the Franchise Tax Board.
Thanks to everyone who helped me out ... I just didn't need a question like this on a Monday morning, but so many of you saved me.
