Can someone please direct me to a law or regulation, stating the
legality of one(individual or business) charging for an instructional
course in "permanent cosmetics" "intradermal cosmetics". I was told that
is illegal to charge unless one is regulated. Please help.
Also, can someone tell me where to look regarding laws and action on one
who is referring to oneself as a physician (Dr.). They are stating they
are a doctor of dermatology, and I checked with the Medical Examiners
Board in Austin and they do no have this person listed under any license
in Texas. Could there be something else that may make this legal, or is
this person a fraud? Thank you very much in advance for your advise and
direction.
