We recently encountered the same problem. When they finally sent us the
correct item, the books were OK, but before we got to that point, we
received two entire sets of the UCC volumes of Uniform Laws Annotated, then
two copies of the UCC hornbook. Someone was evidently having trouble
figuring out which UCC treatise we were talking about.

Subject: Another winner from West!

This may have come up years ago, but if so, we missed it.

We discovered two weeks ago that our volume 1 of West's 4-vol Uniform
Commercial Code treatise set by White & Summers, 4th edition, was missing
pages 79-110, and repeated pages 111-142. Same story with the edition at
our DC library.

Since then, we have been working with our (very helpful!) West customer
service rep to get replacement volumes. Of the first 2 sent, one was
missing pages 111-142 and repeated pages 143-174. The other volume was
complete. We were sent another 2 copies, and again, only one was complete.

Shall we take a poll and see if the 50% success rate holds?
