This may have come up years ago, but if so, we missed it.
We discovered two weeks ago that our volume 1 of West's 4-vol Uniform Commercial Code treatise set by White & Summers, 4th edition, was missing pages 79-110, and repeated pages 111-142. Same story with the edition at our DC library.
Since then, we have been working with our (very helpful!) West customer service rep to get replacement volumes. Of the first 2 sent, one was missing pages 111-142 and repeated pages 143-174. The other volume was complete. We were sent another 2 copies, and again, only one was complete.
Shall we take a poll and see if the 50% success rate holds?
