Greetings:

I was under the impression that the pamphlet versions of West Texas Codes,
such as the "Texas Penal Code" came out every two years after the
legislative session. An advertisement I just received seems to contradict
this. I was wondering if West just started publishing these annually or if
they have done this in the past.

I called West, but whoever answered the phone stated that didn't have a good
enough understanding of the history of these publications to give me an
answer.

Does anyone know if West has just started publishing these books annually
and if so are there significant enough changes between legislative sessions
to justify buying them in the off years?
